Tom Owen holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) from the University of Victoria and is responsible for special projects, client engagement and training at Pulse Energy. Prior to joining Pulse Energy, Tom worked in a diversity of roles in the renewable power generation, hydrogen power systems and international development sectors.Tom is the project manager at Pulse Energy for the Building 90 monitoring project at LBNL.
