Steven Lanzisera is a member of the Electronics, Lighting and Networks Group. He has a background in embedded systems, communications, networking, and energy forecasting. His current research involves addressing plug-load energy use in commercial buildings, developing interoperable monitoring and control systems for small commercial buildings, and analyzing and reducing the energy use of networks and network connected devices. Dr. Lanzisera holds a BS in Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, and a PhD in Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences from the University of California, Berkeley.
