Prof. Rasso Steinmann is teaching in the Civil Engineering Department at the Munich University of Applied Science. He is also the Leader of the buildingSMART International Implementers Support Group (ISG) and has lead the implementation of the IFC data model of buildings in CAD and analysis software that serves the buildings industry from the beginning. Prof. Steinmann is also a Senior Consultant to Nemetschek AG, the company that is the developer of the leading CAD software in EU. In his spare time he is a musician - an accomplished cellist.
