
Expertise: Development of life-cycle cost spreadsheet models, including Monte-Carlo simulations allowing the specification of uncertainties and distributions on key parameters that affect the results; development of spreadsheet models to calculate the national economic and energy impacts of energy efficiency policies; use of the NEMS model to produce environmental and utility impact assessments.
