Nick Joined LBNL's Environmental Energy Technologies Division in 2008, coming from an NSF environmental policy project in China. His work has contributed to the US DOE Energy Efficiency Standards Program,the modeling of emissions reduction potential from behavioral changes, and the modeling of emissions reductions possibilities from country-specific efficiency policies.
