Mengqiu Zhu is a senior business manager of Major Project Department of China Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection Group (CECEP). His main responsibility is to facilitate and coordinate international cooperation in the field of clean energy development and other energy-saving and environmental protection projects. He is a visiting scholar to China Energy group at LBNL starting in November 2012, to work on modeling & simulating project for building energy efficiency.
