Masayuki Mae is an Associate Professor of Environmental Engineering in the Department of Architecture and an associate in the Global Center of Excellence for Sustainable Urban Regeneration at the University of Tokyo.  His research focuses on the utilization of natural energy and energy-saving technologies in buildings, building simulation, and efficiency in air and water heating equipment.
