Marvin Horowitz is president of Demand Research LLC, which provides economic and statistical research services to private, not-for-profit and governmental organizations.  He has been doing financial and quantitative analysis for over 25 years and is the primary author of over 100 research reports and scientific papers.  His specialty is impact evaluation of energy efficiency programs.  He has an undergraduate degree from CCNY and a Ph.D. from Portland State University.  He resides in Fairfax, Virginia.
