Lina is a Program Officer at LIGTT and works specifically on the analysis to identify critical breakthroughs. Prior to LIGTT, Lina worked with Dalberg Global Development Advisors, particularly in Latin America and South Asia, on projects spanning a variety of areas including economic development, energy and sustainability, strategy, and education. Lina has also worked with small education and women's NGOs to increase outreach and develop more robust strategies. Lina holds a degree from the University of California, Berkeley.
