Wang Lan is a Chief scientist and professor at the China Building Materials Academy in Beijing. He has a masters in Material Science and Technology from Wuhan University of Technology and a PhD in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Louisiana State University. His main fields of research are cement manufacturing technology and concrete applications. He has won two awards for great achievement in scientific research from the central government of China and has published 30 papers and 2 books.
