Jessie works on labor market analysis and workforce policy in the green economy at CLRE. She received her MA in International Public Affairs from the University of Wisconsin - Madison in 2009, with an emphasis on social, labor and employment policy. For several years Jessie worked at the Center on Wisconsin Strategy in Madison, for projects supporting labor and workforce development in the clean energy sectors. During graduate school Jessie spent several months in Mexico City looking at North American trade and labor policy, and implications for immigration reform in the U.S.
