
Dr. Emily Bartholomew Fisher is a Staff Research Associate in the Electricity Markets and Policy Group at the Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory.
Emily conducts research and analysis on transmission.
Emily has published papers in journals, conference proceedings and as LBNL reports, covering topics such as optimal transmission switching, reactive power markets, transmission modeling, and reliability.
Previously, Emily worked at the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission conducting research on market rules and flexible infrastructure.
Emily holds a doctorate and masters of science in engineering in Environmental Engineering from Johns Hopkins, and a bachelors of science in Electrical Engineering from Brown University.
