Ellison Carter

PH.D. Candidate
University of Texas at Austin

Ellison Carter is a Ph.D. candidate at the University of Texas at Austin (UT), focusing on formaldehyde removal from indoor environments. Ellison initiated her research at UT as a trainee in the interdisciplinary NSF IGERT program on indoor environmental science and engineering lead by Dr. Richard Corsi and is now finishing her doctoral research as an EPA STAR fellow. She is interested in developing a quantitative understanding of the generation, fate, transport, and transformation of air pollutants and the impact of these pollutants on human health, such that effective control strategies can be developed and designed to mitigate the adverse effects of air pollution.
