Edward Vine
Dr. Vine is a Staff Scientist at the Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory (LBNL) and is the Manager of the Environmental Program at the California Institute for Energy and Environment (CIEE). He has over 26 years of experience in evaluating energy-efficiency programs and policies at the local, state, regional, national and international levels. He has published many papers on the evaluation of energy-efficiency programs, technologies, and policy.
Dr. Vine is a member of the Board of Directors and Planning Committee of the International Energy Program Evaluation Conference, the American Evaluation Association, and the Association of Energy Services Professionals. He is also an Affiliated Faculty Member of the Energy and Resources Group at the University of California, Berkeley.
Dr. Vine received his undergraduate degree (B.S. in Environmental Studies) from Middlebury College (Vermont), and a Masters of Science and Ph.D. in Ecology from the University of California at Davis.
