Don leads the effort to collect and analyze the performance data used to determine the energy and cost saving benefits efficient products has to government agencies.  The findings from this analysis is used to set performance levels for Federal purchases and is then incorporated into EEPP program fact sheets, covered product web pages, model contract language and guide specifications that assist Federal agencies with implementing the Executive Orders and legislation pertaining to the procurement of efficient products. In addition, Don works with the ENERGY STAR program and Consortium for Energy Efficiency to coordinate performance requirements for various product types.
