Cecilia Fino-Chen joined the China Energy Group in late 2010. Cecilia has since primarily worked on translating documents on energy efficiency from English into Chinese and vice versa, in addition to editing reports, data collection, project coordination, budget & schedule tracking. Prior to joining the LBNL, Cecilia worked over eight years and half at the Government Information Office of Taiwan with focus on media policy, media relation and public policy. Cecilia holds a Masters of Science in Project Management from University of San Francisco and a Bachelors of Art in Journalism from National Chengchi University, Taiwan.
