Benjamin Krick is an architect by training, having focused his doctoral research on sustainable building. As a senior scientist at the Passive House Institute, he chairs the working group for international Passive House Component Certification. Krick's main areas of expertise include highly energy efficient transparent building components, three dimensional thermal bridge calculations and sustainable energy supply for Passive House buildings.
