Andrew currently supports the Federal Energy Management Program’s (FEMP) Energy Efficient Product Procurement activities. His primary research interests include electronic procurement systems and their capacity to influence purchasing outcomes in the federal sector. In the past, he served as co-chair on the General Service Administration’s (GSA) Section 13 International Procurement Working group, and the Sustainable Acquisition and Materials Management (SAMM) Reporting & Tracking Working Group.
