Osman has been with LBNL since 1990. He worked on projects characterizing and forecasting end-use demand in the commercial and residential buildings sectors. He also worked with the Electricity Markets Group before he went to Enron in 1999. At Enron, as a member of the Corporate Research Group, he supported Enron Energy Services managing a team of researchers developing quantitative models that are used for product development, pricing and risk management.Expertise: Wind Energy in California
