Mingyan Wu's Ph D dissertation focused on Spectroscopic Investigations of Nanoscale Aggregates and Their Electron Transfer Properties in Solution. Her current research involves Design, synthesis and characterization of novel conductive functional polymer binders, and processed them into silicon based electrodes for high performance, rechargeable lithium-ion batteries; Understanding how polymer binder polarity effects the electrochemical performance of silicon electrodes for lithium ion batteries.
