
James O'Donnell is a Postdoctoral Fellow in the Building Technology and Urban Systems Department. His current work focuses on the development and deployment of interoperable data models to support CAD and whole building energy simulation tools. In addition to technical research and consulting, he teaches a course on building performance analysis. Prior to joining LBNL, he worked at the National University of Ireland Galway (NUIG). James has a degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering and a Ph.D. in holistic building performance analysis from University College Cork, Ireland.
