Gang He is a PhD student in the Energy and Resources Group at the University of California, Berkeley. Gang’s work with LBL China Energy Group focuses on energy and climate change policy analysis, energy economics and energy modeling, low carbon cities and low carbon development, domestic coal and power sectors efficiency and emission mitigation. Prior to LBL, he has worked for Stanford University Program on Energy and Sustainable Development. He received an M.A. from Columbia University on Climate and Society and a B.S. from Peking University on Geography.
