Doug Davenport is a Program Manager in EETD whose focus is on the broad and growing spectrum of EETD's buildings R&D and projects, including project development, planning and implementation. Doug has over 19 years of experience in engineering, project management, business operations management, and business development. Prior to coming to LBNL, he served as Director of Carbon Management Consulting Services at Tetra Tech EM, Inc. where he developed and directed a national team of consultants and a portfolio of greenhouse gas accounting and renewable energy development services to private sector and government clients. Davenport holds an MS in Civil and Environmental Engineering.
