Dr. Camron Gorguinpour serves as Special Assistant to the Assistant Secretary of the Air Force for Installations, Environment & Logistics (SAF/IE). His current role is to serve as Executive Agent for the Department of Defense Plug-In Electric Vehicle (PEV) Program, which focuses on developing strategies to integrate PEV's into the Department's fleet. Camron is a California native and received his PhD from the UC Berkeley/UC San Francisco Joint Graduate Group in Bioengineering. He also holds a B.A. in Physics and a B.A. in Astrophysics from UC Berkeley. For those who are curious, his name is pronounced (Comm-Ron Gore-Ginn-Pore).
