Federal agencies are required by Executive Orders and legislation to purchase either ENERGY STAR or FEMP-designated products when installing or replacing product types covered by these two programs.  LBNL supports FEMP by assessing the market availability and savings potential of different energy-consuming technologies used by Federal agencies.  In this talk, Don will discuss the data collection and analysis used to update the FEMP-designated efficiency requirements for commercial boilers.
