The IT Division is moving forward with our rollout of Google Applications and several other complementary products.  Following up on last month's collaboration tools overview given by Adam Stone, this session will focus on Google sites and docs, cover some of the key differences in Gmail (as compared to our current mail product) and introduce the use of Smartsheet.com for lightweight project management.  We may highlight  examples that have been implemented by EETD researchers. This seminar will also include an overview of Google Calendar, which will replace Oracle Calendar (most likely in May).
