Delivering high performance and zero energy buildings will require a new level of building operational performance. The presentation will summarize 3 case studies and a survey of 176 practitioners being used to develop a decision analysis tool to help facility managers make proactive energy and maintenance management decisions. The presentation will conclude with an overview of the decision analysis tool, A Framework for Improving Building Operating Decisions.
