Dan will give a introduction to Plone - a Python based publishing package built upon Zope's Content Management Framework. Dan will discuss what Plone means from a webmaster's perspective and offer some key reasons for using it. Plone's strengths and limitations will be mentioned along with some comparisons to other similar functioning publishing solutions. Also several publishing scenarios will be demonstrated that will illustrate Plone's behavior from the user's perspective.
