The energy policy in Taiwan aims at the integration of the “3Es” (economic development, environmental protection, and energy security) and moving toward sustainable development to realize the mission of a “nuclear-free homeland”. Its priority is to promote energy conservation and energy efficiency, thereby strengthening Taiwan’s international competitiveness.
