Funding cuts, lay-offs, and gloom-and-doom reports out of Washington have raised the anxiety level among EETDers regarding job security.  This seminar, sponsored by the Technical Staff Council, will attempt to clarify the current outlook and future prospects for continued funding and employment (and even advancement) in the division, as well as suggesting actions that EETD personnel can take to promote their skills outside of their current research groups.  One segment will also address the Lab's lay-off policy and procedure, attempting to de-mystify the process and also inform staff of their options when facing a lay-off.  Please join us for this informative seminar, and bring your questions.
