The Government of China has ratified the Kyoto Protocol, and Chinese enterprises, government officials, and experts are playing an active role in the Clean Development Mechanism. In this seminar, Dr. Anne Arquit Niederberger and Conrad U. Brunner of A+B International (Sustainable Energy Advisors) report on Chinese CDM activities, based on their related energy efficiency consulting activities undertaken for clients including the World Bank, UNDP, UNCTAD, the Chinese Government, and the Natural Resources Defense Council and the Chinese Government (National Development & Reform Commission) ”China International Conference on Clean Development Mechanism,” just held in Beijing on 20-21 October 2005.
