S. Padmanabhan has worked on analysis and development of energy efficiency programs in India and elsewhere for the past 30 years, including 10 years at the World Bank, Washington DC. He is a member of the Board of EVO/IPMVP, has received numerous commendations for his stellar work on energy efficiency, and has initiated several successful programs to promote energy efficiency in India.
