Water Conservation - Past, Present, and Future

The presentation will provide a brief background on water use in California, residential water use characteristics, a history of per capita water use, and a discussion of 75 years of precipitation patterns. Then, conservation efforts starting in the 70's to the present will be discussed followed by a look into the future of water conservation. Also, I'll also briefly discuss some of the issues driving water conservation.
