The long-awaited new travel system (Gelco and Travel Power) is here. Come hear about it from the Lab Travel Office. Who should attend this information session: 1. Travellers, 2. Travel arrangers, 3. Budget analysts. Features of the new system: Fewer paper forms. The new system is electronic Faster expense reimbursements Quicker handling and tracking of foreign trip requests From many systems to one—less fragmentation. All domestic, foreign, and local travel will be done through the new system. When the new system will go into effect: July 23-August 1, 2003.
