Dr. Reichard will give a brief overview of the Research Areas at the Institute for Structural Analysis at the Graz University of Technology and then focus on a software development project, which aims at facilitating concurrent consideration of multiple codes and standards for European buildings.  The software development project started in 1998 and was initially focused on integrating the consideration of standards on thermal, hydrothermal and acoustic performance of building components.  Currently, the software is being expanded to include consideration of multiple international standards for building components as well as whole buildings.
