David Gottfried, founder of the U.S. Green Building Council and World Green Building Council, and CEO of WorldBuild, will be speaking about green buildings and the green development process.  Emphasis will be on the importance of setting up and managing real estate projects that optimize lifecycle performance.  The methodology focuses on how to achieve the highest possible economic and environmental-based results within the array of typical project and mindset constraints.
