Workers constructing the Facility for Low-Energy Experiments in Buildings (FLEXLAB) at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory have installed the steel foundation for the rotating testbed. When completed, users of the rotating testbed will be able to measure the performance of energy-saving building technologies at different solar orientations.
