Field Sampling and Monitoring Equipment
- A package of personal exposure and area monitoring equipment consisting
of CO monitors (Langan Products), programmable air sampling pumps modified
for extended operation (Airchek 2000, SKC Inc.) and size-selective impactors
(PEM, MSP Corp.).
- Integrated Organic Gas and Particle Samplers (IOGAPS) and associated
sample pumps (in photo). This artifact-free sampler designed at LBNL
operates at up to 100 L min-1 and captures semi-volatile
and particulate organic pollutants for quantitative gas/particle partitioning
and exposure assessment.
- An array of real-time particle characterization instrumentation including
laser particle counters and aethalometers
